1. Overview

Letters from the Field provides subscription-based physical mail content featuring original written material. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

To receive the current month’s letter, subscriptions must be placed by the 12th of the month. Orders placed after the 12th will begin with the following month’s letter.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the 12th to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

3. No Refunds After Mailing

Once a letter has been processed and mailed, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including written material, designs, and images, is the property of Letters from the Field and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission.

Letters are intended for personal, family, classroom, or church use only unless otherwise authorized.

5. Limitation of Liability

Letters from the Field is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
