Refund & Cancellation Policy

Letters from the Field is a subscription-based physical mail product.

Because each letter is printed and mailed specifically for your household, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a letter has been processed and mailed.

If your letter has already been mailed, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time for future mailings. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made before the 12th of the month.

Once a monthly billing cycle has processed and your letter has entered production, that month’s order cannot be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Letter
If your letter is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the mailing date so we can work with you on a replacement when possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their mailing address is correct at checkout.
