When will my first letter arrive?
If you subscribe before the 12th of the month, your first letter will ship that same month. Orders placed after the 12th will begin the following month.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime after the first shipment. Prepaid plans are non-refundable once the first letter has been mailed.

Is this faith-based?
Yes. Each letter gently highlights how God is at work through real ministries around the world.

Is this appropriate for schools or churches?
Yes. Letters from the Field can be used in classrooms, co-ops, and church settings.

What if my letter doesn't arrive?
If your letter doesn't arrive within 14 days of mailing, please contact us directly for a replacement letter.

Do you mail worldwide?
Yes. We are happy to mail worldwide.

When are letters mailed?
Subscribe by the 12th to receive this month’s letter. Letters go in the mail on the 17th of every month.
