Shipping Policy

Letters from the Field is a subscription-based physical mail product.

Processing & Mailing Schedule

Subscriptions must be placed by the 12th of each month to receive that month’s letter. Letters are printed and mailed on or around the 17th of each month.

Orders placed after the 12th will begin with the following month’s letter.

Shipping Method

Letters are sent via standard USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address at checkout.

Letters returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be re-mailed at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for letters delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If your letter does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 14 days of the mailing date.

Replacements may be offered when available, but are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs and local postal services. Any customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
