Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Letters from the Field is a recurring monthly subscription service.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing according to the selected billing frequency until you cancel.

Billing Schedule

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. To receive the current month’s letter, subscriptions must be placed by the 12th of the month.

Subscriptions placed after the 12th will begin with the following month’s letter.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us directly.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be completed before the 12th of the month.

If cancellation occurs after the 12th and billing has already processed or the letter has entered production, that month’s order cannot be refunded.

No Retroactive Refunds

Because each letter is printed and mailed specifically for subscribers, we do not offer refunds once billing has occurred and production has begun.
